How It Works
Routed to Answering Service:
Your business is assigned a dedicated phone number. When
forwarding your phone system to this dedicated number, all
calls are now forwarded to the EVP platform.
Personalized Notifications
After forwarding your phone system, callers will access a personalized menu.
Based on their selection, will be connected to either voicemail or an on-call staff member to return the call.
Call Backup Agents
Assign a backup on-call employee to ensure calls are returned if the primary contact does not respond within the designated timeframe.
Instant Notification:
If the on-call employee is unavailable or the caller leaves a voicemail, you will be immediately alerted that an urgent message needs a callback.
Maintain Caller ID:
